Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Fliteboard, battery, and accessories in their original protective flight cases and shipping cartons to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping labels and arrange for a pickup or drop-off with our authorized logistics partner specialized in handling high-capacity lithium batteries.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
